Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Contact potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to promote Migration services.
Explain visa and migration programs in a clear and professional manner.
Assess clients’ eligibility and provide initial consultations based on their profiles.
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Stay up to date with immigration laws, regulations, and program updates. Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous telesales or call center experience (preferably in immigration or related fields).
Excellent English Proficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software).
