Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to promote Migration services.

  • Explain visa and migration programs in a clear and professional manner.

  • Assess clients’ eligibility and provide initial consultations based on their profiles.

  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

  • Stay up to date with immigration laws, regulations, and program updates. Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous telesales or call center experience (preferably in immigration or related fields).

  • Excellent English Proficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software).
