Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & responsibilities Contact potential customers using company-provided data. Introduce and explain the company’s gaming products and services. Convert leads into active customers through effective communication. Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the company after the probation period. Coordinate with the team to improve customer acquisition strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
No Educational requirement, Experience in related field is preferred for foundational knowledge. Good communication skills in Kannada Or Tamil.
Training & Probation: Training Period: 1 month Probation Period: 2 months (after completion of training) Minimum Target: Applicable after the probation period as per company requirements.
Working Hours: Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Shift timing may change by 2–3 hours depending on operational requirements.
Weekly Off: Sunday will be the weekly off only during the off-season. During event days (until June), weekly off may not be applicable due to work requirements.
Visa Policy: Visa expenses will be borne by the candidate. The company will initially provide the visa deposit, which will be deducted from the salary. In case of good performance, visa expense adjustments and salary increments may be considered by the company.
Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be applicable as per company policy.
