Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients needing manpower or recruitment services

  • Develop strong relationships with HR managers, procurement, and decision-makers

  • Present UAE Globals’ recruitment and manpower solutions to potential clients

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, meetings, proposals, and closing deals

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines

  • Coordinate with operations team for deployment planning

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–7 years in recruitment, outsourcing, staffing, or manpower supply

  • Strong network in the UAE or GCC market Proven record of achieving sales targets

  • Knowledge of manpower categories (blue collar + senior staff)

  • Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
