Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role calls for a dynamic communicator who can identify new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and develop tailored solutions that showcase the company s strengths in housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, and pest control services. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development:
Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Convert prospects into long-term clients through consultative sales approaches. - Sales & Client Acquisition:
Promote and sell manned guarding and integrated facility services to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
Customize service offerings to suit client needs and sector-specific demands. - Client Engagement & Site Assessments:
Conduct site visits and basic risk assessments to understand client expectations.
Propose cost-effective, compliant solutions tailored to operational needs. - Proposal Development & Negotiation:
Prepare and present competitive quotations and service proposals.
Lead negotiations and finalize service agreements in coordination with management. - Relationship Management:
Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and service reviews.
Coordinate with operations for seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. - Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain updated records of sales pipeline, inquiries, and conversion reports. - Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Monitor industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activity.
Provide insights to improve service offerings, pricing, and client engagement strategies.
Skills Required
- Strong background in facility services sales, particularly manned guarding.
- Existing network within real estate, property management, or institutional segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of local regulatory norms and contract terms related to facility services.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) is a must.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
2 4 years of proven sales experience in the UAE facility services sector (preferred).
