Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover emerging trends and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Proactively generate leads and nurture client relationships through the CRM, maximizing conversion rates from initial contact to closed deals.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the closing process, ensuring seamless transactions while utilizing CRM tools to track and expedite all related paperwork and deadlines.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns within the CRM, segmenting the database to identify and engage potential buyers and sellers effectively.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, using CRM insights to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing to align sales strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize CRM software for sales management and client relationship building.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and navigate complex transactions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment is essential for success.
  • Experience in technology or software sales is highly desirable due to the nature of our products.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is crucial.
  • Candidates with multicultural experience and a diverse background are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
