Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover emerging trends and identify new sales opportunities.
- Proactively generate leads and nurture client relationships through the CRM, maximizing conversion rates from initial contact to closed deals.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process, ensuring seamless transactions while utilizing CRM tools to track and expedite all related paperwork and deadlines.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns within the CRM, segmenting the database to identify and engage potential buyers and sellers effectively.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, using CRM insights to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Work collaboratively with marketing to align sales strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize CRM software for sales management and client relationship building.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and navigate complex transactions.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment is essential for success.
- Experience in technology or software sales is highly desirable due to the nature of our products.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is crucial.
- Candidates with multicultural experience and a diverse background are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Strong technical skills in CRM software and sales analytics tools are essential for data-driven decision-making.
