Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role summary: B2B sales for MRO/industrial supplies (tools, PPE, electricals,
fasteners, lubricants, janitorial). Build end-customer accounts and grow revenue across the UAE. Develop relations with customers at end resulting in Sales for the company and long and short term supply contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand the customer network in the assigned territory.
• Prospect Industries, FM companies, manufacturing plants, contractors, warehouses, logistics hubs, and O&G services.
• Plan daily field visits, generate requirements, source, quote, run product presentations/demos, and secure trials/samples until you get the order.
• Qualify RFQs/BOQs, prepare quotes, negotiate price/terms, and close orders.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales/Procurement on sourcing, pricing, and delivery (OTIF).
• Grow key accounts: regular visits, issue resolution, cross-sell/upsell, framework deals.
• Track competitor pricing/promos; share market intel to refine offers.
• Keep CRM updated (pipeline, activities, forecasts) and submit weekly territory reports.
• Support trade shows, toolbox talks, and site activations.
• Follow up on collections with Finance to maintain the target DSO.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 2-4+ years outdoor B2B sales in MRO/industrial supplies (UAE/GCC).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• CRM proficiency; solid Excel/Sheets; basic BOQ/tender familiarity.
• Valid UAE driving license; willing to travel across all Emirates.
• English fluency; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
