Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


-Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.


-Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business assisting in resolving customer satisfaction issues as needed.


-Promotes sells products and takes orders from existing and prospective customers through a B2B & B2C approach.


-Source new sales opportunities and ensure to achieve monthly sales quota.


-Travel around UAE to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential clients.


-Sell in new product launches to existing/potential customers.


-Reports and give direct or written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, to improve or boost business sales.


-Maximize the portfolio profitability & develop geographical high potential clusters in the region.


-Responsible for the proactive sales of HVAC Gas / Disposable Gas /Speciality Gases product lines and the management of customers involved with these offerings in order to profitably grow their business.


-Responsible for business growth from a combination of new customer acquisition, portfolio growth at existing customers, and pricing development.


-The role is intended to require the ability to demonstrate strong product and market knowledge, highly consultative selling skills, and an understanding of customer applications.


-Define the commercial strategy for the Gases business in the UAE market, in collaboration with the Sales Head through a well-documented business plan.


-Meet and exceed financial sales and profitability targets as laid out in product operating plans and General Price Increase Programs.


-Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.


-Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results from reports such as daily call reports weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.


-Responsible for achieving the sales turnover in line with the target set by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile


-Bachelors in any degree , engineering preferred ( Mechanical, & Electrical ).


-2 - 4 years’ experience in sales in commercial sectors & Traders .


-Customer-service oriented & Excellent organizational skills.


-UAE driving license - mandatory.


-Fresher / recent pass out from UAE collages with engineer background can also apply ?
