Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for personal care and food product lines across Egypt.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales leadership team and field sales force to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Drive distribution expansion, channel development (modern trade, traditional trade, wholesalers, distributors), and key account growth.

Build strong relationships with strategic customers, distributors, and retail partners.

Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and production teams to align demand planning, promotions, and product launches.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure pricing strategies, trade schemes, and promotions support profitability and brand positioning.

Establish KPIs, sales processes, and governance to drive consistent execution and accountability.
