Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sales and go-to-market strategies from the Dubai hub.

  • Build, manage, and grow enterprise and strategic customer accounts across Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

  • Own end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale business development and sales teams.

  • Design pricing strategies, commercial models, and long-term contract frameworks.

  • Establish channel partnerships, distributors, licensing partners, and strategic alliances.

  • Represent WICTOR at global exhibitions, trade shows, sustainability forums, and investor interactions.

  • Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to align customer requirements with offerings.

  • Track sales performance, pipeline health, forecasts, and CRM discipline.

  • Drive revenue predictability, profitability, and long-term client retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15+ years of experience in international B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership.

  • Proven track record of closing large-ticket and long-cycle enterprise deals.

  • Exposure to technology platforms, sustainability, industrial, SaaS, or manufacturing ecosystems.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with a global mindset.
