Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of launching alcoholic beverage brands in the UAE. This is a hands-on role focused on market entry, distributor management, and sales execution across the UAE’s licensed on-trade and off-trade channels. Key Responsibilities Brand Launch & Market Execution
• Lead the launch of new alcoholic beverage brands in the UAE • Execute go-to-market strategy with appointed distributors • Secure listings across hotels, bars, clubs, restaurants, and licensed retail • Coordinate pricing, promotions, activations, and launch plans
Sales & Distribution
• Manage and grow relationships with alcohol distributors and wholesalers • Drive sales across on-trade and off-trade channels • Open new accounts and expand distribution footprint • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and route-to-market performance Account Management
• Leverage existing HORECA and licensed venue relationships • Conduct regular market visits and account reviews • Support distributor sales teams with product training and brand support Compliance & Market Knowledge
• Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE alcohol regulations and licensing rules • Work closely with operations on customs, excise, and product approvals • Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends Reporting & Performance
• Track KPIs including distribution, volume, revenue, and activations • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts • Provide feedback to refine sales and launch strategy
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years’ experience selling alcoholic beverage brands in the UAE
Direct experience launching alcohol brands in the UAE
Background in beer, spirits, RTDs, or wine
Strong HORECA and distributor network
Solid understanding of UAE alcohol market regulations
Proven ability to open accounts and close deals
Valid UAE driving licence
