Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Calibration from the machine calibration industry with a strong background in new client development and sales. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling calibration services/equipment within the oil & gas and industrial sectors, and a solid client network across the UAE. Key Responsibilities • Drive new business development for calibration services and solutions. • Identify, approach, and close new clients within oil & gas, industrial, and engineering sectors. • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities. • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required. • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Calibration Sales . • Strong exposure to machine calibration services/products. • Experience in oil & gas / industrial sector sales. • Proven track record in new client acquisition and business development. • Currently based in the UAE with market knowledge of Dubai & Sharjah. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred Background • Experience working with calibration companies such as Accuver or similar oil & gas service providers. • Existing client database and strong professional network in the UAE. • Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end sales cycles.
