Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute impactful sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives. Lead monthly P&L performance, delivering revenue targets in accordance with established KPIs. Drive strategic business expansion across the GCC by identifying and developing high-potential regional trade lanes. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across freight forwarding and supply chain verticals. Build, manage, and expand long-term client relationships to drive retention and value creation. Promote services including sea freight, air freight, LCL/FCL, cross-border trucking, and customs clearance. Deliver customized logistics solutions supported by competitive pricing strategies. Establish and strengthen partnerships with airlines, shipping lines, and key stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making Ensure timely and professional client engagement, including RFQs, proposals, and service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational execution. Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales performance reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in freight forwarding sales within the UAE market. Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Strong existing client portfolio within the UAE logistics sector (an added advantage) In-depth knowledge of trade lanes, logistics operations, and market dynamics. Established relationships with airlines and shipping lines, with strong negotiation capability. Sound understanding of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs regulations. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license (preferred). Strong commercial acumen and pricing expertise. Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills. Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to business development. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High level of professionalism, accountability, and initiative.
