About Axess Tech: Axess Tech is a UAE-based company specializing in smart locks and intelligent access control systems designed for modern living. Our mission is to provide secure, stylish, and smart access solutions for residential and commercial properties across the UAE. Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic and well-presented Sales Manager to join our growing team. The candidate will work remotely, focusing on building relationships with real estate developers, builders, and property maintenance companies, and will be required to attend client meetings and finalize deals in person when needed. This is a commission-based role with significant earning potential for motivated professionals who excel in B2B sales and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to developers, builders, and maintenance companies across the UAE. Present and promote Axess Tech’s smart lock and access control products to potential clients. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close deals. Share product catalogs, pricing, and proposals with clients. Maintain ongoing relationships and provide after-sales support as needed. Represent Axess Tech professionally at all times and uphold brand values. Prepare periodic reports on leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in smart home, real estate, or construction sectors). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Professional appearance and strong presentation ability. Must be based in the UAE and available to attend meetings or site visits when required. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Compensation: Commission-based with competitive earning potential. Travel expenses covered for approved client meetings.
