Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate key markets and achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, showcasing progress and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns that support sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for strategic insight.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a competitive advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and pivot strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Demonstrated capability in building and nurturing client relationships, with a focus on long-term value.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a commitment to professional growth.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within a similar industry to ensure relevant knowledge.

A well established jewellery company is looking for an experienced sales manager to lead and manage wholesales sales. An experience in wholesales sales/channel sales in either gold, diamond, precious stones jewellery is a must of a minimum of 3 years. Only candidates who meet these requirements should apply. The role's main objective is to maintain and grow the wholesale sales and tap new markets and clients. Attractive compensation will be provided for meeting KPI's.
