Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets with a thorough competitors analysis, strong product knowledge, identification of target markets, and demand analysis.
  • Assist with client onboarding, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of our products.
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams in a systematic way, and assist internal teams to develop and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new clients, ensuring full adoption of our solution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR consultancy or related industries in UAE
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
