Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Systematic processing of inbound inquiries generated via the corporate web portal.
  • Client Consultation: Providing comprehensive advisory services to clients through digital communication channels, including synchronous messaging and telephonic correspondence.
  • User Journey Facilitation: Guiding clients through the digital interface to ensure a seamless transition from initial engagement to the finalization of the transaction.
  • Operational Format: The role is primarily office-based, though it may necessitate occasional off-site professional engagements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Linguistic Proficiency: Native or near-native command of the Russian language.
  • English Language Competency: Advanced proficiency (C1 level or higher according to the CEFR), with a demonstrated capacity for fluent and articulate communication.
  • Digital Literacy: The ability to navigate and adapt to complex online interfaces with high efficiency.
  • Professional Motivation: A strong orientation toward sales conversion and a commitment to achieving performance-based financial objectives.
