Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fitout projects (commercial, retail, residential, corporate offices).

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.

  3. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.

  4. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project pitches to clients.

  5. Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.

  6. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  8. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.

  2. 5–10 years of experience in sales within interior fitout / construction industry.

  3. Strong network with corporate clients, real estate developers, and consultants.

  4. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  6. Good understanding of fitout processes, materials, and project lifecycle.

  7. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
