You'll oversee a high-performing team of Sales Executives and Reservations Agents, develop powerful sales strategies, and manage key client relationships across B2B, B2C, and B2E channels. Your leadership will ensure seamless booking journeys, increased conversion rates, and unforgettable guest experiences from inquiry to execution. This is a high-impact role for someone digitally savvy, experienced in the leisure & entertainment industry, and genuinely passionate about technology and AI-driven tools.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales LeadershipOwn and execute sales strategies across both venues woo-hoo! and Xstrike to maximize bookings from corporate groups, schools, birthdays, and general admission.Forecast revenue, set monthly KPIs, and lead the team to exceed targets through data-driven action plans.Mentor and manage the Sales & Reservations team; provide coaching, motivation, and performance reviews.Client & Business DevelopmentAct as the lead point of contact for major corporate clients, schools, and key partners.Conduct high-impact client meetings, walkthroughs, and presentations that inspire confidence and close deals.Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.Reservations & Workflow OversightOversee daily reservations operations and ensure call center & CRM tools are utilized effectively.Optimize response times, chatbot functionality, lead capture flows, and service quality.Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, packages, and seasonal offers that boost sales.Collaboration & Cross-Functional SupportCoordinate closely with Operations and Events teams to ensure smooth handovers and 5-star event execution.Align with the Finance team on pricing models, invoicing accuracy, and revenue reporting.Participate in brainstorming for product development, new experiences, and loyalty programs.Data, Insights & ReportingAnalyze weekly and monthly performance data to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.Maintain detailed client records, proposals, contracts, and CRM documentation.Present pipeline updates and lead status reports to leadership team.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field.6+ years sales experience in events, entertainment, hospitality, or tourism.2+ years in a sales leadership or team management role.Proven ability to meet and exceed targets with strategic thinking and a hands-on approach.Strong familiarity with CRMs, call center platforms, and AI/chatbot tools.Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong network within UAE s schools, event agencies, or corporate sector is a plus.Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.Work Environment & Schedule:Based in Dubai, combining office work, client visits, and event coordination.6-day work week with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on event schedules.If you're eager to grow your career with dynamic brands that bring joy and excitement to thousands, Xstrike and woo-hoo! are your destinations for success.Apply today, join our team, and let's make extraordinary moments happen together!
