Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors to generate leads for interior projects.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients, understanding their design preferences, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals, showcasing interior work solutions and highlighting the value proposition effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications in sales or project management, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrates 3+ years of proven experience in sales within the interior works or construction industry.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes.
