Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Act as a main point of contact for customer's queries and issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC/AML standards.
  • Conduct customer meetings to explain product features, eligibility criteria, pricing, and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the team leader.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Business / Commerce or related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in retail banking (insurance, loan or credit cards)
  • Good communication skills
  • Immediate joiners
