Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering.
  • Willing to Promote and sell food & beverage products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand client needs, provide product demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals in line with company policies.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and order processing.
  • Provide after-sales service support and handle client concerns professionally.
  • Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, or referrals.
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management to improve office efficiency and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven sales experience in the HoReCa sector in UAE (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, or Catering businesses).
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage, kitchen equipment, or hospitality products
  • Good understanding of local market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Valid UAE driving license required

  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in a sales or customer-facing role, demonstrating a solid understanding of sales techniques and customer service.
  • A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach, committed to delivering excellent service and building long-term client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and a goal-oriented mindset.
