Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer networks, acting as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support.
- Proactively identify and pursue new dealer partnerships, expanding market reach and increasing product distribution within assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market analysis, identifying trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Develop and implement dealer-specific sales plans, including promotional campaigns, training programs, and performance incentives to drive sales growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of business principles.
- Holds a minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on dealer sales or channel management, showcasing a track record of success.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers within dealer organizations.
- Exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with dealers, internal teams, and customers.
