It primarily focuses on residential and commercial structures, infrastructure, Power, Oil/ Gas and industrial projects.


The group is basically focused upon, project management services which includes set of project, planning, cost risk. It also covers following points:


• Establish Claims Prevention methodology
• Monitor claims avoidance through project duration
• Contract Administration / Client’s Representative
• Contract reviews for Risk exposure
• Claims Management (Development and/or evaluation)
• Dispute resolution (Advise, quantum and time impact)
• Detailed forensic analysis (Proprietary software)
• Evaluation of the “But-For” Date
• Analysis and Quantification of Rebuild Expediting Costs
• Review contracts, Analysis of contract language
• Risk Assessment/Probabilistic Determination of Potential Claim Settlement values
• Arbitration Litigation Support / Expert Witness support
• Evaluation of Cost / Schedule Impacts

• Portfolio Management, to manage all projects on line
• Quantity Surveying using Autodesk applications
• Services provided on as needed basis
• Auditing by Third party of project controls systems
• Graphic presentations prepared by seasoned professionals

They also provide knowledge of property management to the clients which covers scope, quality, cost and contract administration aspects of their projects and prevent/mitigate problems that may arise.
