Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will coordinate closely with colleagues in HR, Security, Facilities, and Academics, and help manage visitor and attendance logs, daily inquiries, and communications with care and discretion. You will also support key administrative processes, safeguard standards, and contribute to the positive day-to-day experience of families, students, and staff at the Arbor School.

Required Candidate profile:
2+ years of hands-on experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role
Diploma in Business Management or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ICT systems (experience with MIS preferred)
Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful approach
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality
Excellent customer service skills
