Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing systems and ensure data confidentiality. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics. Assist in preparing letters, memos, and other official communications. Welcome and assist visitors or clients in a professional manner. Perform other administrative duties as required by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Professional appearance and attitude. [Optional: Bilingual skills preferred – e.g., English and Arabic.]
