Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Availability: Candidates currently residing in the UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the management and project teams.
- Maintain and organize project files, records, and documentation in a systematic manner.
- Prepare and format official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors or clients as required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Assist in documentation related to project execution, procurement, and site coordination.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of secretarial or administrative experience in the UAE.
- Experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential matters.
- UAE driving license is an added advantage.
