Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise general administrative and office operations.
Handle documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.
Coordinate with departments for HR, procurement, and operational needs.
Maintain company records, renewals, and compliance-related documentation.
Support management with reports, scheduling, and internal communication.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 5 years of UAE experience in administration or office management.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and document control.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
North Indian female candidates are preferred.
