Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support management in overseeing client accounts and meeting agreed service requirements.
  • Handle daily client communication, inquiries, and service requests professionally.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to prioritize and deliver job orders on time.
  • Maintain and update client reports, job order status, and service performance metrics.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and updates in CRM and ATS systems.
  • Follow up with internal teams on shortlists, onboarding documents, and operational deliverables.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Address and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2 3 years of experience in HR outsourcing, recruitment operations, or client service management.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong client communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
