Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring talent acquisition and retention strategies are effective.
- Lead workforce planning efforts by analyzing current and future staffing needs, leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs that enhance workplace culture and increase productivity, while addressing employee concerns and feedback.
- Oversee performance management systems to ensure consistent evaluation and development of employees, fostering a high-performance culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity in a corporate environment.
Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Experience in industries such as technology and finance, is preferred to ensure relevant knowledge and expertise.
