Roles & Responsibilities
About the job:
The Senior Officer Employee Relations is responsible for supporting the organization in maintaining a positive and compliant work environment. The role involves managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies, and contributing to initiatives that promote engagement, trust, and transparency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary cases professionally and confidentially.
Conduct or assist in investigations and ensure proper documentation of all cases.
Advise management and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures.
Support labor office interactions and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating employee relations policies and processes.
Prepare periodic ER analysis reports and recommend preventive or corrective actions when needed.
Manage and validate leave requests such as unpaid leaves, maternity leaves, marriage leaves, etc.
Review and validate department expenses and business trips per diem.
Track development plans (PDP) and record results.
Reply to employees inquiries and issue letters and forms if requested.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in employee relations or HR operations.
HR certification or studies is preferred
Strong knowledge of local labor law and disciplinary processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Very good command of English
