Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment across EPC roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers and project leads to define manpower needs and role specifications

ecruit for key EPC-related roles such as:

  • Project Engineers, Construction Managers, QA/QC Engineers
  • HSE Officers, Piping & Electrical Engineers
  • Procurement Specialists, Project Controls, Field Engineers, etc
  • Execute strategic sourcing plans and maintain candidate pipeline visibility.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling, communicate feedback, prepare candidates, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding logistics
  • 4–8 years of relevant recruitment experience in Oil & Gas, specifically within EPC environments
  • Strong understanding of technical roles across upstream, midstream, downstream, and project lifecycles
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills
