As part of our 2026 growth strategy, Search Point Management is expanding our team, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant (Financial Services) to join us in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment strategies.
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
-Mentor and support recruitment consultants to achieve targets and KPIs.
-Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding client portfolios.
-Stay updated on market trends within the banking and financial services sector.
