Senior Recruitment Officer - Construction

Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment and executive headhunting activities for white-collar positions and, when required, selected blue-collar roles across corporate and project teams.

• Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including job portals (LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Indeed), referrals, databases, and walk-in applications.
• Screen and assess CVs to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational standards.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate closely with line managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate shortlisting.
• Lead salary discussions and employment negotiations in line with company guidelines and budget approvals.
• Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, including document collection, verification, and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Support HR management with ad hoc tasks related to performance management, HR administration, labor recruitment, and HR audits as required.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports to support workforce planning and management decision-making.
