Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Experienced HR professional with 10+ years of expertise in large-scale recruitment, recruitment operations, and team leadership. Proven track record in managing high-volume hiring, driving operational efficiency, and leading recruitment teams to achieve business targets.
Lead end-to-end recruitment (bulk, lateral & leadership hiring).
Manage recruitment operations, SLAs, and process optimization.
Handle and mentor recruitment team; set KPIs and monitor performance.
Drive workforce planning with senior stakeholders.
Oversee vendor management, offer negotiations, and onboarding
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Expertise in high-volume and strategic hiring.
Operational excellence and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
