Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

work closely with department heads to understand workforce planning needs, forecast hiring demands, and align talent strategies with business goals.

Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the company s employer brand through social media, events, university partnerships, and thought leadership content.

Leverage advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, ATS, AI platforms), passive candidate engagement, and niche communities to build talent pipelines.

Continuously improve recruitment workflows, reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and implement best practices in candidate experience and onboarding.

Utilize HRIS and recruitment analytics to report on KPIs (e.g., quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) and recommend data-backed improvements.

Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and staffing vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and quality of service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education
  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Diploma or master s degree (preferred) in HR.

  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) or Talent Acquisition (e.g., CTC, TA Certified) is highly desirable.
  • Experience:

5-7 years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in the high-growth information technology sector.

Proven track record of recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles (Manager+), including technical, non-technical positions.

Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships.
