About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are a strategic partner to Careem s leadership, driving the end-to-end (360) recruitment lifecycle for complex, high-impact roles across our diverse business verticals. This role requires a deep, hands-on understanding of the Gulf recruitment landscape, specifically within KSA and Jordan. You operate with high autonomy, providing expert guidance to Hiring Managers and proactively identifying talent trends to ensure Careem remains the employer of choice in the region.

What You ll Do

  • Strategic Partnering: Act as a talent consultant for senior stakeholders. Lead "kick-off" meetings to define persona requirements, market mapping, and compensation alignment tailored to regional nuances.
  • 360 Execution: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for moderate to high-complexity roles, ensuring a "shoot for the moon" approach to quality and speed.
  • Regional Sourcing Mastery: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build a sustainable pipeline of top-tier talent within the GCC and Levant markets, navigating the specific challenges of local hiring regulations and cultural expectations.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and implement solutions to improve the velocity and quality of hire across different geographies.
  • Hiring Manager Coaching: Educate and influence Hiring Managers on interview best practices, diversity & inclusion, and candidate experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Independently run and analyze operational reports (via Greenhouse) to provide stakeholders with data-backed updates on recruitment progress.


What You ll Need
  • Experience: 4+ years of solid recruitment experience (360-degree), preferably within a high-growth tech environment or a fast-paced multinational.
  • Regional Expertise (Must-Have): Proven experience hiring within the Gulf region is mandatory. You must have a strong track record of successfully closing roles in KSA and Jordan, with a solid understanding of local labor laws and market dynamics.
  • ATS Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse (or similar Tier-1 ATS). You understand how to leverage data integrity to drive better hiring decisions.
  • Consultative Mindset: The ability to challenge stakeholders when necessary and provide solutions-oriented advice on market conditions.
  • Exceptional Communication: Fluency in English and Arabic (required for local market engagement).
  • Urgency & Ownership: A relentless "bias for action" and a sense of urgency, balanced with the ability to manage complex logistics.
