Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical (ABAP) Consultant to join our ISD team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting SAP ABAP solutions across various modules. This role requires strong technical expertise in ABAP development, Fiori, Integration, a deep understanding of SAP business processes, and the ability to work closely with functional teams and end-users.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and interfaces using classical and object-oriented ABAP.
  • Utilize advanced SAP development tools and techniques, including ALV Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits.
  • Manage and enhance forms, with deep expertise in SmartForms, SAPScript, and Adobe Forms.
  • Facilitate and implement system integration using various methods such as IDOCs, RFCs, BDC, BAPI, and Web Services.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Must have held lead position, demonstrating leadership and ownership of development tasks and team coordination
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Reports (Classical/ALV)
    • Smart Forms / Adobe Forms
    • Data Dictionary (Tables, Views, Structures)
    • Module Pool Programming
    • BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements
    • OData services and ABAP on HANA (preferred)
    • Third-Party integration
  • Experience working in modules like SD, MM, FI, PP and PS.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 integration
  • Have done Third-party Integration
  • Must worked on S/4 HANA platform
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
