Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Be Doing:
- Lead strategy to identify, target, and onboard new clients across trade, working capital, and real estate segments.
- Develop client engagement plans to grow wallet share and cross-sell products.
- Build market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Lead and mentor relationship managers and analysts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity.
- Set clear KPIs and ensure delivery against business targets.
- Oversee portfolio health, renewals, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with credit risk and compliance teams to maintain governance standards.
- Monitor asset quality and ensure adherence to risk parameters.
- Act as liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Represent the unit in strategic forums and product committees.
- Provide market insights for senior management planning.
- Streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Implement best practices in client onboarding, credit analysis, and portfolio management.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives.
What We re Looking For:
- Bachelor s degree required; Master s preferred in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 10 12 years of progressive banking experience in corporate/SME banking with a top-tier bank in UAE.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of credit structuring and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver strategic growth.
