Roles & Responsibilities
A Service Admin Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a company's administrative services. By acting as a bridge between the administrative team and management, the Service Admin Coordinator ensures that day-to-day administrative tasks are handled efficiently. This role typically involves managing communication, coordinating service requests, and supporting the administrative team in executing their duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and exceptional communication skills. This position often requires collaboration with various departments to ensure that administrative functions support the overall goals of the company. A service-oriented mindset is essential, along with the ability to solve issues that may arise in daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of service requests and tasks effectively.
- Ensure efficient communication within the administrative team and with other departments.
- Oversee the preparation and dissemination of reports and other administrative documents.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in the preparation of administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery.
- Facilitate meetings by arranging logistics and preparing presentation materials.
- Provide support in resolving service-related issues or complaints promptly.
- Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and ensuring they align with forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all administrative processes.
- Support the recruitment process for administrative staff by coordinating with HR.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office management software.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
