Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate all site-based human resources activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Support recruitment processes for site positions, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, and leave management for site staff.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management systems and support annual review processes.
  • Coordinate site-specific training and development programs to enhance employee skills and compliance.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying site attendance and overtime data.
  • Ensure effective communication between site employees and corporate HR regarding policies, benefits, and organizational updates.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and site workforce trends to management.
  • Participate in health, safety, and welfare initiatives to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a site-based or industrial environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to be based on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
