Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Create compelling, shareable content tailored to each social media channel, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to adapt strategies, optimizing performance and maximizing reach.
  • Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages to foster community and build relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in digital marketing principles.

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, showcasing a proven track record of success.

  • Certifications in social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads) to validate expertise.

  • Experience in B2C or B2B industries, with a deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
