Identify and target potential clients in need of HRMS solutions. • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve sales targets. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns. • Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Experience in B2B sales, specifically in HRMS, payroll software, or other related software solutions. • Proven experience in SaaS or cloud-based software sales. • Strong understanding of HRMS/Payroll processes and how software solutions address business needs in these areas.
