Roles & Responsibilities

we are seeking a top-tier Indian Sous Chef to join a fast-growing, high-potential restaurant brand in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. 

This is not a routine kitchen role,  we are building a serious Indian concept focused on authentic flavors, strong identity, and scalable operations. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Full control of kitchen operations (Curry, Tandoor, Biryani) 

  • Deliver consistent, authentic Indian taste at scale 

  • Build, train, and lead a strong kitchen team 

  • Maintain high standards under high-volume service 

  • Work directly with ownership on menu development & concept refinement 

  • Drive creativity through seasonal menu development and innovative dish creation 

  • Demonstrate strong plating and presentation skills with attention to visual excellence 

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and skills: 

  • Strong background in authentic Indian cuisine (North Indian preferred) 

  • Experience from 7 to 10 years in busy restaurants or 4-5 star hotels 

  • Deep understanding of spices, gravies and traditional techniques 

  • Ability to lead a team, not just cook 

  • High discipline, speed and consistency mindset 

Compensation: 

  • Competitive salary (based on experience) (SAR 3000 – 4500 hidden from candidates, HR Use Only – Not for Posting)
