Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution, ensuring foundational knowledge in cooking techniques.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Indian cuisine, showcasing a deep understanding of flavors and regional variations.
- Proven experience in a high-pressure kitchen environment, demonstrating the ability to perform under stress.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene practices, which is crucial for maintaining a safe kitchen.
