Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Sous Chef to join a prestigious French fine dining restaurant in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong culinary professional with Michelin-level experience to support the Head Chef and help lead a high-performing, disciplined kitchen brigade.

Role Requirements:

  • Available for face-to-face interviews and a kitchen trial either in Dubai or Paris
  • Strong background in Michelin-starred French Fine Dining restaurants (essential)
  • Proven experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in top-tier establishments
  • Excellent understanding of classical French cuisine
  • Ability to maintain consistency, precision, and speed under pressure
  • Hands-on approach with strong presence on the pass during service
  • Experience in menu execution, prep organisation, and quality control
  • Strong awareness of hygiene standards, kitchen structure, and operational discipline
  • Calm, focused, and highly reliable in a high-expectation environment
  • Good communication skills in English and French
