Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, performance concerns, and workplace conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Advise managers and supervisors on employee relations matters, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and legal compliance to foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and complaints, mediating disputes and facilitating resolutions to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and respectful workplace conduct to educate employees and promote a positive culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Specialist DHA License is required. (Emergency Medicine). ER Experience in tertiary level hospital.
