Roles & Responsibilities


What You'll Be Doing:

  • The Stakeholder Coordinator supports the effective management of stakeholder and authority engagement activities across projects. The role is responsible for coordinating submissions, tracking approvals, maintaining stakeholder communication channels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position works closely with project managers, design teams, and external authorities to facilitate smooth project delivery.

  • Coordinate and manage authority submissions, NOCs, and permit processes.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure timely approvals.

  • Track, record, and close out stakeholder-related actions and commitments.

  • Support stakeholder meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor action items.

  • Liaise with internal teams (design, construction, project management) to ensure alignment on stakeholder requirements.

  • Maintain stakeholder logs, trackers, and reporting dashboards.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and project procedures.

  • Escalate risks, delays, or conflicts to the Stakeholder Manager when required.

  • Assist in preparing stakeholder engagement plans and communication strategies.

  • Support preparation of presentations and documentation for client or authority meetings.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Good understanding of authority procedures, submission portals, and NOC processes.

  • Basic knowledge of infrastructure and building permit procedures.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Clear communication and coordination abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems.

  • Experience 6-9 Years
