Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive flooring sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products, including showcasing the latest trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, contractors, and interior designers to build loyalty and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently following up on leads, generating new business opportunities, and closing deals effectively.
  • Provide expert product knowledge to customers, including technical specifications, installation guidelines, and maintenance advice, to enhance their buying experience.
  • Prepare sales reports, track sales performance, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and build a positive brand image.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to maintain a competitive edge and provide informed recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Brings 3+ years of proven experience in flooring sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
  • Possesses a proactive, results-oriented attitude, with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed expectations.
