We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the operations of a dynamic retail and food & beverage concept store in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional with experience managing a restaurant, caf , or similar venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth service and high operational standards
• Lead, train and develop a front-of-house and kitchen team
• Drive sales performance and store profitability while maintaining operational efficiency
• Ensure food quality, presentation and service standards are consistently delivered
• Maintain compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
• Oversee stock management, ordering and supplier coordination
• Handle customer queries and feedback professionally to ensure excellent service
• Ensure the store environment reflects a strong customer-focused brand experience

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a restaurant, caf , or hospitality venue
• Strong team leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing daily operations, staff scheduling and sales targets
• Good understanding of food safety and operational compliance in the UAE
• A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for health, wellness or lifestyle brands is an advantage
