Join a reputed IT systems integrator with operations across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. We are looking for a versatile professional who can not only drive our marketing efforts but also build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. This role will be based in Dubai and will need to support our regional teams. The role blends marketing, customer engagement, and relationship building — making sure that every interaction reflects our brand’s personality and commitment.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can also double up as a Stakeholder Relationship Manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys representing the company externally, and can seamlessly switch between marketing strategy and client/vendor engagement. You will be the face of the company at meetings, events, and stakeholder interactions while offering business development and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry functions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Manage content and updating of the company website and social media channels.
- Support sales and business development initiatives where needed.
- Occasional travel to regional offices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable being the company spokesperson.
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to account or client management.
- Professional, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse groups.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in event representation, client meetings, or public speaking is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives and negotiate with suppliers.
- Extra points if you have a tech or B2B sales background.
